Really nice hotel if you like wellness and relaxation.
It has really good food as well as a big spa.
Location is a bit off as it is placed relatively far away from Copenhagen/the capital

Every visit is an incredibly delightful experience at this exquisite spa, boasting a picturesque pool overlooking the sea and invigorating saunas that offer the exhilarating option to jump into the sea. The hotel maintains impeccable cleanliness, radiating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast stands out as one of the finest among hotels, while the diverse dining options for dinner present an ideal setting for a charming and romantic evening. I highly recommend it, particularly for a short overnight getaway to detach from the busy day-to-day.

We stayed in a beachfront room. It was nice and spacious. There were some problems encountered during the stay, but the staff was very accommodating, so it was fine for me. The food at the buffet lacks variety, but if you'll do a short stay, I guess it's fine because they serve good food here.

There's also a nightlife here, so this is a good place to stay if you love partying at night

We also booked at the restaurant for dinner. We liked the smoked salmon, burger, and stew. The truffle risotto was unfortunately undercooked.

One of my absolute favorite spa hotels in all of Denmark. I usually come here a few times every year.
The service is remarkable, they often renovate rooms and facilities to keep it up to date and the location is just stunning.

We ordered the XMAS hotel and spa package which was perfect. It included the room, spa for 4 hours, a 3-course dinner, and evening cocktails. The next morning it also included breakfast. A great value for a wonderful experience. 🙏🙌

We have been to the hotel two other times and enjoyed our experience both times. The hotel is in Helsingør, Denmark which is across the way from Helsingborg, Sweden. There are many cultural experiences to take advantage of in the city and the train is not far away. We drove to the hotel and there are plenty of electric charging spots in the parking lot. The views from the hotel are gorgeous of the beach and castle. The hotel is decorated very elegantly and it feels luxurious. There are fireplaces with plush furniture that lends to a cozy evening. The spa is high quality and well kept by the staff. As far as I read, the spa is an adults only spa (16+) in order to maintain a relaxing and calm atmosphere. There are many different relaxing activities to do at the spa (hot tub, sauna, pool, steam room, salt room, etc.). We were there for 4 hours and it was really enjoyable. The only note I have is that at some points, it seemed like the spa was quite full. It might be a good idea for the spa to consider to have only a slightly lower capacity to allow guests to have more space and availability of certain areas. THANK YOU for the wonderful experience and we look forward to our next visit!

Nice hotel with a nice spa.
The hotel works really well. The only (big) downside, is that there was la long queu, for people checking in.
It sems they should focus on making that easier, faster etc.

But nice service, that tried to make the stay as plesant as possible,.

Absolutely fantastic place to spend a few days in utter luxury.
Our beautiful room was right on the beach overlooking, Kronborg castle, the sea and the Swedish coast across the sound.
We went for a swim and enjoyed the refreshing, cold, clear water.
Dinner at restaurant Isabella was a joy. Excellent service, eatiful food and a stunning view!
The breakfast buffet also comes highly recommended. A lush, rich and tasty experience of all the best Denmark has to offer.
We shall return!

Favourite spa in Denmark! The view over the water from the heated outside pools is amazing. I love the guided sauna rituals they have and then getting into the cold sea water, especially in the winter. The atmosphere is very relaxed and this is definitely my go-to spa.

Beautiful place with amazing view to the sea and Sweden. Rooms are comfortable, the lobby is a place where you feel like home, and I could spend the whole day sitting in the restaurant and staring the waves on the Øresund. I feel lucky to be here.

Attended a fantastic wedding here with my better half! Amazing party and when we DJ had to head home we hopped in the ocean. Great staff and great place!

The venue per total is excellent! The room was fine and clean, not my taste as it had the tub, mirror and sink next to the bed and the shower and toilet behind a door, being a business trip and the room shared with a colleague was not the best setup for us. Otherwise was very nice, clean, comfortable. The dinner was OK, but nothing wow. The morning buffet was fantastic, a wise variety of food, fresh fish, very tasty and the view from my table, oh my God...

One of the best high-end beach hotels in Denmark. Great see view - you need to see it yourself. Close to the city Helsingør and Kronborg. You need to visit their restaurant 1861 - really great food and wines.

Lovely mid week getaway for mother daughter.. massage was excellent and offerings around pool / spa and saunagus were fantastic. Gets a little crowded around 5pm and a lot of lovey dovey couples later in evening, otherwise a lovely stay with amazing staff , service, facilities and location

Beautiful location, amazing facilities, good food and attentive staff. Unfortunately hotel is too full so service because slow and clumsy. If they are willing to use full capacity they should hire enough staff.

I have never seen a better location for a great spa and wellness center.
The hotel rooms with a view on the sea and on the Hamlet castle do not need any presentation. The staff is friendly and professional. Best staying in Denmark.

It was a very pleasant stay. I would highly recommend taking the spa- it has a broad selection of experiences (saunas, salt room, indoor and outdoor swimming pools). It was truly special to stay in a warm jacuzzi out in a fresh air with spectacular view of the Baltic sea and Sweden.
The dinner with 3 course menu is lovely! We especially appreciated Jerusalem artichoke soup 👌

It is one Of The best Hotel so far I checked-in. It is cozy with difference preferences. The balcony with the view is fantastic, especially on summer. It is walkable/walk-away to the beach and not far from the shopping center too. It is also a good place for seminars. Restaurant has amazing delicious food, healthy and fresh. It is also fit on your budget 🥂✨
