DON’T USE Coop.dk MAD!
There are many other delivery services where you get what you order and not just a random email 1 hour before for the delivery with information that several items order all of a sudden can't be delivered - even though you chose the option that they can replace goods for equals or better.
Reaching out to customer support was a very sad experience, some what the laziest support I've ever experienced - no understanding what so ever for my perspective of be surprised that what I order couldn't be delivered.
Get your inventory management in order, don’t sell goods online if you can't deliver them in the real world. Pretty basic for e-commerce!
My order was a +4.000 DKK order.
Go buy your stuff with Nemlig, Føtex or other service providers!
