Can confirm the last entry, a "strange" company indeed. We sent our Continental O470 to them for overhaul. Offered timeframe for their work was 32 working days pending parts.

Timeframe:
April 19, they confirmed the engine made it to them, they will soon start the NDT.
May 16: they confirmed the engine was taken apart, cleaned and NDT will start "next week"
Between May 16 and June 20, complete silence, several contact attempts later:
June 20, they say that some parts (conrods among others were not reusable).Why a badly burnt conrod wasn't visible on May 16, more than a month ago, nobody knows.
June 22, we confirmed they should order these parts ASAP. They confirm a new deadline, the engine should be ready for shipping on July 15. Again silence...
July 19: They finally replied and said that the ordered parts (conrods, see above!!) reached them later than expected. They were now working on another engine and could start ours only 2 weeks later. Well, speechless doesn't begin to describe our state of mind.
During the second week of August we finally got our engine back. One final straw: somehow the oil dipstick was lost during the first transport to Copenhagen. Our maintenance organization would cover for this but asked them to please procure a replacement while the engine was in the shop. Guess what was missing on the new engine... Apparently forgotten...

To finish this on a positive note, the new engine seems to work well, we are already past 50 hours without issues, so at least 2 stars. Hopefully it stays that way. Our main issue here isn't so much the long waiting times, there may be good reasons for this in todays situation, but promises not kept and non-existant communication on a 50k adventure break it for me

Strange company - unfortunatelly a poor custommer service - lack of communication and lot of unfulfiled promises. Regarding price/value ratio you will find many better shops in europe. Experience with Continental engine overhaul (which I still didnt receive back).
