I bought 2 boxes and figured afterwards that one was already open. The blister was gone and it was not full. Good thing I discovered this before wrapping it as it was meant to be a gift. I mean, seriously? With all the germs going around in the airport, I could only throw it away.
EDIT: it was a 1-sweet (with blister) and a 3-red (with sticker). The sticker is 3 mm wide and breaks so easily (I suspect) that one cannot know if the jar was sealed or already open when they first open it (it offers no resistance at all). I suggest you make it wider, it would avoid confusion.

I don't usually like black licorice, but this stuff was tasty!
