Bought a sweet little torch for my niece, which I realised was faulty once I got it home. Contacted the store and Kim immediately organised for another one to be sent out to the UK and even had it beautifully gift wrapped. It arrived a few days later, still in time for my niece's birthday. Really really pleased with the service, kindness and promptness from Kim

Wanted a particular lamp and it would be easier to shop in the airport than downtown. Called the Illums@CPH to confirm availability - but that was a little confusing. Instead I used the messenger form on the Illums site….and got a prompt reply back from the manager, Kim. He confirmed availability, price and suggested that he put one aside. Picked it up next day. Very smooth process.
PS. fI you are living outside EU, ask to have the VAT (aka ‘MOMS’) waived. They can do it in the shop instead of you having to deal with the tax refund agencies.

This shop is the best one in Copenhagen airport for buying souvenirs from Denmark . It has almost everything one could think of . Friendly staff.I really enjoyed it. So many pretty attractive things as souvenirs to buy for your friends, family an specially kids. 4 🌟

If you enter this shop , there would be a huge risk of missing the flight . Take it serious ! 🛫✈

But however prices are extremely high( =One less 🌟) . Althogh this is normal in Denmark due to high taxes !!

I made a purchase tody morning and paid partially by cash and partially by card. As i was also calling up a friend at the same time, i paid 100 DKR extra.
I tried calling the number on the receipt but was not able to get through. Is it possible to refund it to my card?

Wanted to buy a gift and it was still 1 minute to 10 pm, but shop worker said I can’t buy it…

The price tag that was applied to the item was not honoured by the cashier After the cashier peeled off the price tag, she charged the greater amount that was concealed beneath it.
In my entire existence, I have never encountered such a procedure.
It left a very sour taste in my mouth.
For business integrity and customer service, this Illum Bolighus store receives zero stars.

The white woman at the jewelry part of the store is very discriminative. I went there and asked her to show me a pair earrings, she just let me wait there without servicing me. While she serviced the customer came after me.

I have been bounced for 10 minutes between clerks, none of which was concerned about people queuing up, until it was too late for me
