Café Stranden

Very nice place directly on the shore with view on the sea in a not too big building with windows all around. The staff is friendly and professional at the same time. The only restaurant in the area with at least one but the best vegan dish I ever had (see my potos of the “Cremet bygotto med belugalinser, stegt portobello og ristede nødder” as it is listed) - In reality with so much more: green asparagus - I guess some celeriac, peas, black cumin? Balsamic vinegar paste? Perlebyg is a special kind of barley… the restaurant always has had outstanding vegetarian or vegan dishes in the past. The other dishes also look good - but as a vegetarian I never had them. Also tasty beers and coffee specials!

Unbelievable delicious and worth the price. The beer could be cheaper tbh. 40dkr for an alc free bottled beer is a joke.
