A small but fantastic little music shop. I've purchased a few things on my trips to Jena, including a Guitalele and a few harmonicas. I found my favourite acoustic guitar here, but unfortunately I was unable to take it home on that trip. My father took it upon himself to contact the shop and arrange to have the guitar with me for Christmas. The shop's staff were very helpful, and thanks to them I now own the guitar. Great products, great service and real customer focus. We have bought the grand piano YAMAHA GB1 with a trade-in of our Steinway. All negotiations went smooth, in friendly manner with mutually beneficial result.
As the piano was a birthday present for my wife, I kindly asked for possible delivery on public holiday (not hoping much) but they MADE it possible!.
2 nice gentlemen delivered and installed the piano on public holiday, assembled it carefully, gave a lot of good advices and took our older piano.
Although the grand piano is a 1 year old, it was in perfect, almost new condition and our friend, professional piano played confirmed it.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Gute Beratung und auch schnelle lösungsorientierte Hilfe. Bei der Auswahl an E-Guitarren sehr überschaubar aber dafür mehr Auswahl an akustik und natürlich noch mehr am Klavier oder Pianos. Werde auf jedenfall wieder rein schauen um einfach nochmal zu schauen, ob ich nicht doch noch eine bessere E-gitarre finde als die die ich zur Zeit nutze.

Excellent magasin de vente de pianos, droits ou à queue, de guitares et autre matériel de musique en plein centre de Iéna. Pour les pianos, il faut particulièrement attirer l'attention sur un très grand showroom avec une bonne trentaine de pianos à queue Steinway (et autres marques) d'occasion ou vintage. Il y a là des perles rares, des opportunités à saisir, même pour des clients français ou habitants en France. La livraison en France est tout à fait possible, et la direction est très arrangeante sur le prix du transport. Très bon accueil de la part de toute l'équipe. Grande précision dans les réponses apportées à toutes mes questions. Je recommande vivement Pianelli Music Store, un fabuleux havre de musique au cœur de la Thuringe, en une région fort sympathique de l'Allemagne, aux riches traditions. Gutes Fachgeschäft mit viel Auswahl. Ich bin selbst kein Musiker und verstehe nicht viel davon aber wenn ich dort etwas gekauft habt, fühlte ich mich gut beraten und man hat sich immer Zeit für mich genommen. Auch telefonisch steht man hier für eine kurze Beratung bereit sofern das bei Instrumenten möglich ist 😉.
