Pompadour Exclusive Salon & Spa

I went to the Pompadour salon for a cut of my curly hair and came out super satisfied! Lisa treated my hair in the best possible way and I had a great experience (which also included a head massage). As I don't speak German very well, I was also able to speak English with Lisa without any problems. Thank you very much and see you next time! ❤

The best salon in Jena with reasonable price. Especially for new comers to Germany, you can get your haircut here without any doubts. I visited for the first time and iam super satisfied with their service and the hairstyle as well. I selected the junior stylist, Franziska. She does a fantastic job with lot of patience. # highly recommended salon

I was looking for a hair dresser (and got turned down in Jena a few times), willing to give me a new haircut despite my skin allergies. I was more than pleasantly surprised by this salon! They understand I unfortunately cannot use and buy their products and were totally fine with me bringing my own to stay allergy free :) I still got all the advice on how to style and get the best our of my hair with the allergen free products I can use. I felt super comfortable and love my new haircut!

The place can be considered as relatively expensive, but every single penny is justified. Besides high professionalism the staff demonstrates a good care for the customers' hair and ready to demonstrate their creativity and offer alternatives. Additional little things, such as gratis head massage and a range of offered beverages, make the customer feel relaxed and posh

Really, really pleased with the cut I got from Robert a few days ago!! Loved the atmosphere and the service was great too-- very pampering. Robert also spoke English to me which was a bonus as I am still learning German.

Got my hair cut and colored today by the owner ... Amazing place, wonderful people....did the exact color/ cut as I requested and my hair turned out super soft shiny... Way better than I had imagined.. It's worth every penny u spend here... The products they use are natural plant based which is great for your hair.... The only salon that I will ever go to during my stay here

Lovely service and knowledgeable staff. We bleached my hair and coloured it blonde, and when I later wanted to adjust the tone a bit they were very accomodation and booked me in for a new appointment very soon.

Robert is a very professional stylist, very communicative, definitely the best hair dresser I ever had in Jena!

Mein 2. Friseurbesuch bei Pompadur in Jena. Ich war beide Male bei Lisa-Marie, einmal zum Schneiden und einmal zum Färben.
Beide Besuche waren von Anfang an sehr angenehm und ehrlich.
Meine Vorstellungen wurden in Ruhe angehört und ich wurde umfangreich dazu beraten. Mit den Ergebnissen war ich jeweils sehr zufrieden (ich habe Bilder von der Färbung unten angehöngt) .
An dieser Stelle muss ich Lisa-Marie ganz besonderes für ihre ruhige und gewissenhafte Arbeit danken. Die Preisklasse ist definitiv höher angesiedelt, aber das wird auch im Vorhinein ganz offen kommuniziert und man bekommt ein Wellness-Friseur-Erlebnis mit viel Wohlfühlfaktor.

Ich war das erste Mal bei Pompadour Exclusive Salon&Spa und es war schon von Anfang an ein tolles Gefühl dort zu sein! Alles läuft von Anfang bis Ende super geplant ab. Es wird sehr auf die Kundenwünsche geachtet und jeder Schritt erklärt und mit einem genau abgesprochen. Trotz der etwas höheren Preisklasse ist ein Aufenthalt in diesem Salon es definitiv wert, wer seinen Haaren etwas Gutes tun möchte.
Ich hatte meinen Termin bei der lieben Lisa-Marie und sie hat meine Haare absolut natürlich und pflegend behandelt.☺ Ein großes Dankeschön an Sie für dieses tolle Erlebnis, den klasse Service und das Traumhafte Ergebnis!

Mein erster Besuch in diesem Salon war sehr zufriedenstellend. Franziska hat sich viel Zeit genommen, mich super beraten und meine Wünsche genau und sorgfältig umgesetzt, die Frisur ist toll geworden. Die Atmosphäre war sehr entspannt und angenehm, ich komme ganz sicher wieder.

Ich war heute das erste Mal im Pompadour und es glich einem Spa Erlebnis. Eine tolle Atmosphäre, man fühlt sich direkt wohl und es wird sich wirklich Zeit für einen genommen.
