Hatte gerade die netteste Mitarbeiterim überhaupt im DB store. Ich hatte es super eklig und habe die Laden verzweifelt nach einem Haargummi abgesucht.
Da der DB Store keins in seinem Sortiment hat, hat sie mir ihren private Haargummi geschenkt.
Bester Kundenservice!!
Normalerweise sind mir die Stores zu teuer aber jetzt werde ich öfter mal vorbeischauen.
