Excellent experience with this store for the several years that I have been a client. By far the best customer service. Owner and staff will remember your purchases months (if not years!) later, will conduct thorough follow ups when necessary, respond to emails 7 days a week and always put customer satisfaction first. All staff is very solution oriented and happy to help, and takes the time to do so. No advantages in purchasing online when products and services of this price/quality are available. Have made significant purchases here and will continue to do so for the years ahead.

I really like this shop. There is plenty of choice and the quality is always super good. The atmosphere is welcoming and the whole team is dedicated to the clients’ needs. Besides the furniture, strollers and other appliances, my favourite is the massive section dedicated to smart toys meant to help children’s development…when my wife loses me, I am always there checking the new arrivals :)

Abitare Kids has been our go to baby shop in Luxembourg and the greater region for the last 5 years. They offer great quality products and the service has always been way above the one offered by other baby shops we tried. They have always gone the extra mile to help us, including after sale! Great service and variety of products!

We had our Babylist for our 1st Child here this year. Ms Spinelli was our consultant, she did an exceptional job. She was proactive, sympathetic, helpful and very friendly.

It can all be overwhelming but thanks to her, we felt the process was very smooth. From picking the goods, to spontaneous shopping spree, to delivery of goods. We could not be more satisfied.

We can recommend to every parents or future parents to get in contact with them. The products are of high quality & the product amount and range are huge.

P.S. We were able to speak luxembourgish during the whole process. I see people writing « only French ». I can’t say the same.
