large modern pet store with plenty of staff and a great variety of products for cats, dogs, rodents, reptiles (yes, the white mice for €2 each are snake food- I hope they don't know), fish, birds and even squirrels and hedgehogs. I prefer adopting animals rather than shopping them due to ethical concerns, but shelters rarely keep mice, so I got three (adorable ones) from this store for €10 each. Surprisingly, all animals (birds, guinea pigs, rats, mice, hamsters, rabbits, fish) sold at the store appear to be cared for excellently, defying the stereotype attributed to pet shops. All cages are spacious, clean and filled with plenty of places to play and hide. Hamsters are only sold starting 5pm because they're nocturnal- proof the store cares. Definitely worth recommending.

It’s such a nice and big animals place, almost like you’re in a zoo. Very pleasant and helpful persons working there. Lots to offer.

Easily the best pet store I've seen in Munich. I didn't look at prices, but as far as choices and appearance, this place is awesome.

I am new to the aquarium hobby. I have been there a few times. I spent about 1.5 - 2 hours each time. They have quite a good collection of equipment. I got the best help from two employees Lucas and Palma. Both were able to answer most of my questions. They very friendly and seems to be passionate about aquarium techniques. Both spoke very good English as well. Because of them, yesterday I decided to buy a new aquarium, soil, decorations etc.. looking forward to future trips to this shop to buy fish.

I purchased everything for my new fishtank from Kölle-Zoo and the service was awesome. Very knowledgeable employees who had an answer for every question I had and are friendly and happy to help. The store is also really well kept and the animals there seem healthy and happy enough.

What an amazing store! I'm a fish lover and this store has beautiful fish tanks, a pound with koi carps and selling some original Japanese kois, besides that has a huge variety of fishes, shrimps, plants and products related. It sells dwarf rabbits, hamsters, chinchillas and gerbils and their cleaning and food products as well (huge variety of brands for pellet food and snacks), they also have a huge area for cats and dog's products too.

it's a very big pet store, you can almost find everything you want. Especially the aquarium store, it has various kinds of fish and Salt water fish as well. You will get professional advice from the staff there and they are really patient and friend.

Very nice and organized pet shop especially in the field of fish. Huge variety of both fresh and salt water fish, plants and corals. A lot of tanks to buy such as Juwel, Fluval and Eheim with many accessories too. There are plenty choices of live food for fish such as worms etc.

They got everything that I need for my 🐈.
And the prices are better than some Online stores.

Very big shop,with a variety of pets. I got my rats from them and I am very excited to say that they are 3 healthy, cared for and happy girl rats 😊

Clearly one of the best aquarium shop in Bavaria! Clean tank, nice exhibition tank for the plants, great material selection, aquascaping ADA, wood drift, sand choice, and wide choice of fishes ;)
