It's a review of DEPOT personal with a very rude behaviour at Scheck-In Center in Durlach.
My boyfriend and I faced with an unpleasant event at the info while we were returning an item. With an UNUSED item in my hand including a tag attached to it PLUS the receipt of its payment, the lady (~55yr old) at the info told me that I could have (taken/stollen) it!!!
Ridiculously, her reasoning was, because me and my boyfriend went inside the store looking around the aisles and did not go directly to the info desk at the first place :D

After few minutes of me being shocked and processing what she just said, she took the item and checked its receipt and gave my money back!!!

A few days after, I went directly to the info desk at Scheck-In center downstairs and asked: "where is this rule written that a customer with an unused item (plus its receipt) can not return it if she does not go directly to the info desk after entering the building?".
He was embarrassed, apologized several times and said, there is no such rule at all !!!! You can return it anywhere downstairs or upstairs both in the building.

To DEPOT: make your personal properly pass some seminars on "what rules apply to returning items?" plus "how can we stop Discrimination?".
