The MediaMarkt in Böblingen as usual never disappoint me. Customer service is not something they just say, they live by it. Ordered product online and I received email that product would be ready for pick 10 Oct 2020. Didn't get a notification that item was ready for pick. I just bye chance I was in the near and decided to ask if product was ready for pick up. Service representative said according to system item has not arrived but we just received package with items. She started to go through each box and found my online order. Customer service representative could have said sorry but if you didn't get notification that item is ready to be picked up I cannot help you. The store was full. Due to the excellent customer service I always receive is why I enjoy going to the MediaMarkt in Mercado.

I love this electronic store. There are tons of great options to shop for from appliances to music.
