The staff here is absolutely awesome. They did an incredible job with providing me with the best contact available. Definitely recommend this place to anybody who's looking for an actual long-term contract. The staff speaks fluent English for anybody who's nervous about their German skills. They're also incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Habibi was an our assistant at the store today and was AMAZING! Even though he wasn’t able to solve our problem in the store, he gave us suggestions to do it at home. He tried really hard and was very patient with two Americans who had no idea how to fix their issue.

Ahmad was really helpful, answering all my questions and support with the best offers for me.

The Staff are very polite and attempt to serve customers as quickly as possible. Many of the employees can speak multiple languages, so don’t worry if you can’t speak German. Personally, I came away with a satisfactory deal. Vielen Dank, Frau Utan.
