Excelent service. I have ordered from them and DHL destroyed the shipment. I have contacted the Voltus team, they imediately offered help to settle the issue with DHL, which they did and refunded me my purchase. I definitly recommed them. They have huge stock and competitive prices.

I ordered online from Greece , because Voltus have great selection at good price, also it was easy to find the items I wanted as it has a straighforward site construction. After the order was placed , they sent the items real fast in a tidy box, and kept me informed of every step. It was a test order, I will order again. In my opinion the only drawback I can see is postage cost, maybe it is superfast for other countries, but the order arrived at normal speed at me (probably its the Greek courier fault).

These guys are fantastic. We had quite complex orders as this was part of a relatively elaborate KNX/1-wire/DALI project and we had no previous experience with home automation. The team at Voltus was extremely patient and knowledgeable, answering our practical questions on electrical installation in general and KNX in particular and even getting involved in helping with the planning itself. I highly recommend Voltus for anybody considering to do their own home automation project. (We had things delivered to the UK which was no problem.)
