The people are really nice and they speak English. They are so helpful in creating and establishing our internet for our home in Bitburg. This store is my go to everytime we have an issue with Telekum. There's always a short line outside before the store open. The wait isn't long but also of course depends on what the issues people are facing. They're very efficient in what they do. So you'll be in good hands.
