Very good communication with Andre and i can tell that is 5 stars for that.
I taked a Fiat doblo new from them and I received it with no engine cover and the jack was missing too.I did transfer the money and i never see the car for real only a video.

We bought our new car here. Everything went smoothly from test-drive to sale and vehicle registration. Everyone there was very welcoming and polite, and the car was as advertised (and delivered with a fully charged battery). Mr. Frankl speaks very good English as well. Very pleasant experience.

After several bad experiences with auto dealers in Germany I was happy to get to Auto Mega Store. Car exactly as described which is rare and quite important as I traveled a long distance to get there. Andreas Ertel is trustworthy and helpful. Great communication. Car papers took 20 days to arrive due to Christmas/New Year days off. One car key was lost but Andreas covered the cost as promised. Highly recommended, I will do business again with them.
