Bichl - Café Bar Restaurant

Nice atmosphere, solid offerings, especially the hot lemon ginger tea hausgemacht on a cold day. Had the freaky burger and fries. The special dipping sauces were all good, especially the ginger ketchup (sensing a theme here).

Freaky burger chicken was a bit dry tho. Friends fried Chicken Burger seemed less dry.

Took my friends half eaten fish away accidentally and gave him a nice burger in exchange.

Good atmosphere, food, and service.

If you just want a coffee/cake or if you want to eat something savoury, I would definitely recommend this place. For me, one of the best in the old town of Burghausen

A lovely waitress took her time explaining to us in great English the menu. The burgers were fantastic as was the wheat beer. A drink for the dog rounded it off. Thankyou. Very enjoyable experience.

The meals are delicious, cuisine is creative and staff is nice. The location is ideal and the prices are correct for the quality.

I attended a corporate event at this restaurant in March 2018. It was excellent. The food was fantastic and fresh. The wait staff was attentive and very friendly. The restaurant was well-lit and very clean. We had one side of the restaurant to ourselves, and the other side was for people who were walking in for meals, so it felt private. They also had a basket up front with some toys and books for kids, which was perfect to entertain my toddler. The wait staff spoke English very well. If you are looking for a place for a cup of coffee, a beer, or a meal, this is an excellent restaurant to check out. When I come back to Berghausen, I will be coming back here for a meal.

Great place, excellent food (more vegetarian options than vegan), superb service even when busy.

Friendly staff. Stopped here for a couple of beers with work colleagues. Beer was good and you had a good choice. There is also a very good choice of non alcoholic drinks. You can also eat here.

Great ambience!! I would recommend this place for burgers. Peak hours can be really full so don't just step in without a reservation.
