Ganesha Bayreuth indisches Restaurant

The food was great, the service was friendly, the only problem was that you had to have cash. I went for both dinner and lunch, dinner was better, I didn't like the dishes in which the lunch was served.

Food is always excellent but the service sets them apart. Very friendly and generous staff. Last visit we were offered several complimentary shots of homemade mango schnapps. Also a great option for takeout.

I had sudden urge to eat Indian food and found this place in Bayreuth. Their outdoor seating is lovely and spacious. They took enough spaces between all the guests so we were able to eat at restaurant very comfortably. Service was mostly great. Our server was very sweet and nice. We ordered butter chicken and lamb vidaloo and both of them are amazing. Meats are both cooked well and not dried. Curry sauce in both were amazing. Lassi was so good that I ordered twice. If u haven’t been this place, you are missing out!

Hands down the best Indian restaurant in the area. It is usually well-visited, so call and make a reservation ahead. The interior is super comfy, colorful and the food is absolutely delicious and fresh. We highly recommend the mango lassi, samosa, banana chicken and chicken tikka masala. They just recently remodeled the inside and have new menus. Soon they will also open their winter garden. Their service is top notch and very attentive. Highly, highly recommend!

I went today with my friends and seriously i liked the food very much in that i loved the garlic Nan & chicken biryani was too yumm . Staff members are very friendly and atmosphere of the hotel was also excellent

Good service, very friendly staff. There is an open garden space for outdoor seating. Prices are also ok, not very high. Portion size is also good, I ordered one dish, and it was served with nan and rice. I would visit again.

It was my first time here ,my husband visited multiple times.From receptionist to all the staff are so friendly,u feel like home.

Came to Bayreuth on a school trip from the states and went here for dinner. It was some of the best food I had on the trip. The service was great too!

Very cute Indian place with great food. Though I only tried the buffet, I had some drinks off the menu like the mango Lassi that were amazing. I highly recommend you give this place a visit if you are in Bayreuth.

Simply super! Everything! Very modest price for very delicious food, pleasant atmosphere and music and! what is very important, extremely nice, friendly and always paying attention to guests' needs personal. I always take my lunch there, they have also normal lunch menu, but for those, who likes to try couple of different Indian specialties, I strongly recommend their buffet. It is not too big, but really big enough. Bon appetite!;)

Sooo good place to visit, the best place in Bayreuth

The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. The staff was very polite and provide excellent service.If someone is craving for indian food, you must try this restaurant. They have large menu for tempting starters and main course at very reasonable price. The serving portion is quite filling for both stomach and eyes.We especially enjoyed the special bar drinks, the cucumber/cilantro infused vodka martini and too many other cocktails(even took photos so we could try to replicate at home).

I didn’t enjoy an Indian food for a long time. However, this restaurant exceeded my expectations. The taste was so delicious and irresistible🤤😋. I will definitely comeback again

You are welcomed by the amazing aroma of Indian spices, followed by staff with a big smile.

Quick service and great food.

I am a regular at Ganesha and never get disappointed.
