Nice new sales and service center! Friendly staff :) Also, worth checking out the Semi and Roadster die-cast models in store!

Really nice and big place, insane facility! The german employees were nice and friendly and i saw many interesting production phases even only from the outside!!!

I visited the service center today and was pleasantly surprised by how forthcoming, friendly and helpful everyone was. I waited for about an hour while an issue on my car was diagnosed -- I got to enjoy great coffee, WiFi and was kept informed throughout the entire wait.

Very friendly service.

Excelent service!! I brought my Model 3 to get fixed some issues found on delivery and they fixed it all including the ones that the delivery agent said that Tesla won't fix, all in under a day! The staff was also super friendly and kind.
