Heisel am Kreisel is the perfect company to buy a car from, they are very trustworthy, their team in sales and costumer service and the manager are very responsible, they really take care of you there, one of the best points that I suggest is for people who only speak English.
Ms. Völkl in service department Völklingen and Mr. Licht in sales department in St.wendel these people are kind and they speak perfect english.

Just had tire change this morning. On a desk greeted me Isabella Wacket, like always with a smile, kindness and patience as I´m trying to practice my non-existent German.
With Tim Wacket I have honor to be met few times, always on point, explaining everything what´s on the bill and on the car, what´s in the service list and the findings also what´s actually been done. His dealing any question until I don´t have any left and I´m happy with answer. Extra happy that he is speaking English.
I´we been there many times and even there might be some closer Toyota/Lexus dealer, this is my favorite and I will return there every time with my problems or something new to buy.
