A wonderful place for a weekend with kids. A big farm playground will satisfy the taste of all kids age groups. Unfortunately, climbing path/"park" is currently not available, which is a pity.
The food is a little bit overpriced as for my taste, but it is at least tasty: huge portion of Pommes is impressive. Leberkäse is tasty, bread is fresh.
A big choice of farm vegetables and other food, ocal products and garden flowers of all kind.
A very nice farm,lots of fun and an astonishing countryside view! Highly recommend.

A functioning farm + riding school which maintains an open access policy. Especially good for children, who will love to walk around and look at the animals (chickens, rabbits, horses, donkeys, goats, pigs...). A massive Spielplatz adds to the attractions.

Entry is free, and there is ample parking. Do consider buying from the farm shop. The offerings are delicious and any food served is freshly made.

We just had a great time there. When I was a kid my parents use to bring me there and we could pick strawberries ourselves.

I celebrated my farewell party at Sonnenhof and both guests and I had a great time. The place was beautifully decorated (Glashaus) and the catering was very good.

If its sunny, you can go with the kids, let them enjoy a horse ride, or a quad bike, spend some time with animals, play in the hay. The restaurant is well stocked with a decent menu to cover all needs. Kids below 7-8 can enjoy. Not so much for older kids.
