Had a good stay here. Rooms were clean and nice. I wish they had more usb chargers in the rooms. Everything was well above what we expected. Staff were friendly. Food was above average. Would stay again.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful place. Would love to come back. We didn’t have time to use the spa unfortunatly. Our room was a bit noisy, from outside sound. To hot to close the window…

Went here for a conference ages ago. It was excellent: people are professional and very helpful. Rooms are good, too.

It is nice and quiet even though it is located next to the main tourist route to Bastei.

Returned a few years later on a weekend for a hiking tour. Had a coffee at this place and it had not changed. Everybody is very polite, pofessional and busily working to fulfill your needs.

Once again returned after some time on a weekday for a short one-night stay. Rooms and Spa are excellent. The restaurant has lost a star on my rating scale. I cannot pinpoint exactly what has changed to the worse. Maybe it was the wait even though it was empty-ish.

It was great. Even though we don't understand the menu in German, the waiter tried his best to explain dishes in English and he served us so gentle and nice. We ordered beef steak and beef pasta, and they were delicious enough for me to recommend my friends to go there.

The breakfast was amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful. We had some confusion with out tour and they sorted it out for us. Also great location. The trail to the Bastei is right across from the hotel. They also have English menus and the staff we encountered were good with English. We were happy to try to speak German but when things get confusing it can be reassuring to have some English as an option.

We stopped there for lunch. Trafitional Schnitzel and it was very tasty. The waitress (Mrs. Kirchnerova) has been very nice. Nice place for lunch. Thank you

Very good place! Just add croissants and sausages at breakfast and it's 4 stars hotel, not 3! Stuff is very friendly, rooms are clean and cosy, breakfast and dinner at the restaurant is good but can be better.

The hotel was well-located in town: easy to find with nice views all around. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The breakfast was wonderful as was the food in the restaurant.

We were there for lunch before the hiking and for a coffee after the hiking. The mushrooms were delicious and the Cappuccino as well. Good quality food.

Room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staffs were friendly and polite.

Reasonable price with some special food .e.g. rabbit wings and deer tar tar.

Very good. Be prepared for much altitude change along the way.
