El Chalet Restaurant am Schloss Prunn

Wonderful food in a beautiful setting! The staff was very accommodating and the chef personally served us! We are definitely coming back here.

Great place and lovely home made high quality food! The burgers were fantastic and really a great place to spend the evening. Looking forward to coming back here again, this is certainly a gem in this region.

I was so surprised when I arrived and saw some typical decorations from my home country and then discovered that in Germany there is such a nice restaurant with Colombian roots. The food was amazing, the flavor so authentic, the people so nice! For a moment I felt back home. I can only recommend this place.

This is hands down the best restaurant we have been to in Germany. The only thing better then the view overlooking the Castle and River is the food. The food is so amazing, whether it's fancy cuisine or the best burger in Germany they have it. Staff is awesome, 8 simply can't say enough good things about this place.

Excellent surprise!!! We stopped by while visiting the Burg Prunn (Castle) and it was the highlight of our day. The food was extraordinary, a true representation of excellent Latin American flavors with a creative spin and with extraordinary presentation, at very reasonable prices. Being from Colombia was a highlight for us. The service was impecable. I had the Cazuela de Mariscos ( seafood bowl) and it was a perfect balance of flavors.

Excellent Restaurant. Visit the Castle and enjoy German or Colombian food. Delicious natural fruit juice, the Bandeja Paisa is the colombian national dish and they prepare it exquisitely!!!! Will surely come back again and again!!!!

Top Food and Service.

Wir waren eigentlich dort um das Schloss zu besichtigen und haben uns spontan entschlossen etwas zu Essen. Das Restaurant ist wunderschön, charmant und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Besitzer sind super sympathisch und machen Küche und Bedienung selbst.
Das Essen war wirklich einzigartig und sehr gut. Man schmeckt das alles selbstgemacht ist und aus frischen Zutaten zubereitet wird. Wirklich absolut zu empfehlen!
Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Hervorragendes Restaurant mit tollem Service. Eigentlich wollten wir uns nur am Sonntag das Schloss anschauen und den Ausblick genießen. Dann entschlossen wir uns im Restaurant einen Kaffee zu trinken,leider war es sehr voll. Trotzdem bemühte sich der Wirt das wir nach kurzer Wartezeit doch einen Platz bekamen, es wurden so leckere Speisen an uns vorbei getragen, dass wir doch eine Kleinigkeit dazu bestellten. Die Kartoffelecken waren sehr sehr lecker. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Empfehlung: wenn man den Ausflug zum Schloss plant, sollte man vorher Plätze reservieren.

Fantastisches Essen mit Ausblick. Der Chef so unglaublich gastfreundlich und für jeden Witz zu haben. Gutes Essen mit musikalischer Untermalung. Burger, wie mexikanische Gerichte, Nachspeisen und Co. sehr sehr lecker. Ein Highlight absolut die Kochbanane. Die Kombination mit Mozzarella und Pesto außergewöhnlich. Wir kommen sicher wieder 😄

Wir waren Samstag Abend anlässlich meines Geburtstages zum ersten Mal im "El Chalet".
Es war nicht sehr viel los, hier ist wohl unterm Tag mehr Betrieb. Für uns war es allerdings sehr von Vorteil. Denn so konnten wir den Chef gleich viel intensiver kennenlernen. Er hat viel von sich und seiner Lebenseinstellung erzählt. Sehr interessant und so versteht man auch besser, dass er das was er tut, mit Herzblut macht. Hier wird "Gast-Freundschaft" wortwörtlich gelebt. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und willkommen.
David hat uns jedes Gericht bezüglich Zutaten und Zubereitung gut erklärt und sowohl Vorspeise als auch Hauptgang waren mega lecker. Vor allem die Kochbanane war der Geschmacksexplosionswahnsinn.
Wir können das "El Chalet" jedem sehr empfehlen und werden selbst sicher auch bald wieder zu Luz und David fahren. DANKE, dass wir euere Gäste sein durften.
