Hafenhaus Oldenburg

Have been there with a group of 6 for brunch buffet. Would recommend making a reservation.
Friendly service, but with lots of people present it sometimes takes a while to place your order, which then arrives quickly.
Buffet had a good selection, could benefit from some more vegetarian options or options for folk with dietary restrictions. The coffee was nice, but could be a tad bit stronger (personal opinion). Mint tea was with fresh mint leaves and very tasty.

Lovely rustic interior. Great view on the river and the weir. Occasionally ships pass through and in spring/summer the balcony is quite nice with nature in bloom.

Beautiful modern restaurant set beside a working canal lock. The food and drink were excellent, and the floor to ceiling windows made for great views of the passing boat traffic.

The best house baked bread that i've ever eat.

Lovely spot to go for dinner, would undoubtedly highly recommend. The food here's always tasty, my sis and I cannot get enough, will likely be coming back next week. An enjoyable place for a meal out, always have great food here and it doesn't cost excess amount. Cannot recommend the staff highly enough - generally approachable and very helpful. We ordered lunch here as a particular treat and had been delighted how as soon as possible it arrived.

Fantastic cuisine, very good service with a nice view of the ship transfer canal, perfectly suitable for a Sunday lunch in both summer and winter.
The area is nice to walk, ride a bike and then stay for a coffee.

Beautiful Restaurant, accommodating, and the staff was very helpful. We went as a group of 20 people and they helped in making arrangements with table. Nice view of the huntekraftwerk and canal pass on the other side.

Die Liebe hat mich von Oldenburg nach NRW ziehen lassen, die gute Küche, der nette Service und das Ambiente des Hafenhauses ziehen mich immer wieder zurück.
Die Lage an der Schleuse, an der man auch spazieren gehen kann, das Ambiente welches zum verweilen einlädt. Das Personal, welches freundlich und aufmerksam ist. Und die Speisekarte (Fleisch, Fisch, Vegetarisch…), die für Jeden etwas bereit hält. Abschließend die offene Küche, die einen Blick in das Geschehen erlaubt. Sehr empfehlenswert, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Sehr schönes Ambiente, mit Blick auf die Schleuse. Ein heißer Kakao mit Rhabarberkuchen wurde serviert. Es hat sehr gut geschmeckt. 👍
Ich komme gerne wieder.

Wir sind bei einem Spaziergang zu Kakao und Kuchen eingekehrt. Das Hafenhaus ist super gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Und der Kuchen hat mega lecker geschmeckt.

Wir haben dort einen schönen Abend mit einem hervorragenden Essen verbracht. Gute Auswahl an Speisen. Das Lokal ist sehr zu empfehlen. Leider ist es etwas laut, aber die Aussicht auf den Kanal macht es wieder wett.
