Trusted shop for buying office materials. I have been a customer for more than 6 years, Very reliable, fast and trustworthy online shop.

I get e-mails every couple of weeks offering free shipping on orders if I buy an offered item. This always includes copy/printer paper of good quality, so I order paper and other office supplies as well. I've always been pleased with the products, and delivery is prompt. Very wide selection of goods -- with pictures, which helps me if I don't know the word in German :). I've been pleased with everything I've purchased, and I think the prices are good. However, prices do not include the value added tax (Merwertsteuer) so all the actual prices are about 20% higher than shown.

It seems that Böttcher could become Germany´s little Amazon.
Some days ago I made an order around 11 'o clock in the morning and it was delivered the next day with GLS. This shipment option was the standard one, so I didn't used next day or an express shipping option.
The customer service seems to be quite generous too. Some time ago I received a product in a parcel that was unnecessarily big. For me as a customer it doesn't matter, since the shipping rate is the same for a small or big parcel, but I don't like the waste of resources. Hence I told them my opinion about this shipment and asked them to use a more fitting parcel in the future. I didn't ask for anything else, but just for my plea I received a refund of the shipping costs.
The other thing what makes Büromarkt Böttcher a good address to buy is that they have a wide selection of products for private and commercial customers alike. They sell much more than standard office products. Normally I wouldn't go to a shop for office supplies to buy for example a professional/blue Bosch power tool -- but Böttcher has it, and often for a good price.
And at last, another thing I like is that you don't get postal advertisements or other goodies I don't need with every order -- I nearly drown in Engelbert Strauss notepads which come with every order. Instead you can choose a bonus product as a gift -- if you like. I prefer this attempt as it helps to reduce garbage.
