Burger Marie

I was actually quite surprised of how good the burgers were here. I had the special with truffles and chips inside and it was absolutely amazing. The beef had a wonderful char and was seasoned to perfection. All of the ingredients really came together in a nice way. Definitely a burger to come back for. The fries were perfect. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, they were really really good and I also liked that the dip you buy on the side is a generous amount. I hate when burger places don’t give enough dip.

The outdoor terrace is super nice, so the atmosphere is also very recommendable!

Best burger I have had in Germany. The beef was a course grind not fine grind like the normal German burger, so it was not dense and dry. I had the Luigi it was fantastic

Because of a missed train connection (thanks DB!) stuck in Offenburg for an hour. Went for a quick bite and it was perfect. Friendly girl at the bar helped me with my order (order at the bar, they bring it to the table). Big burger and huge portion of sweet potatoe fries.

Excellent burger.
Offenburg is sometimes overlooked, but this place is totally worth a detour, if you fancy burgers.
High quality bun (self made?) with a great structure. The meat is perfectly grilled, not falling apart yet not too dense. I had the El Paso, a little spicy but not unbearable. Wonderful sauce, sweet potato fries really crispy and nice.
A++, looking forward to visit again.

I highly recommend this burgerplace. Burger was nice and juicy and had all the right toppings. (Even though I didn't go for an expensive one).The hippy fries in the picture below tasted a bit odd, but that's what Germans seem to do with their fries.

The marie gold is the one of the best burger that I never taste.

As a burger enthusiast, I must say, the burgers here are quiet impressive. We took the El Paso and the Smokey Ben. Best part was the bread ; so very soft and crispy on the outside. For me, the bread is the most important part of a burger and here it was more than perfect. The beef patty was amazingly juicy and quiet sizeable. The avocado cream was exceptional, very rich, creamy and flavourful. The sauces were also very distinct in each burger and you could say they made the burgers knowing perfectly their way around it.

So good! The closest to an American experience you can have in Offenburg! Also, location is unbeatable, it literally shares the building with the local movie theater. Great to spend an evening with friends and have food and beers after the movie.
Highly recommend their poutine fries, they were amazing! Aside from this, if the weather allows, try to get a seat on their terrace, the views are alright, but it is nice to get some air while eating!

Delicious burgers and very friendly staff.
They would have to offer gluten free bread/beer to be perfect, but as they allow me to bring my own (bread, not beer), they still get 5 starts.

Marie gold burger might be your best choice!

Nice location. The burger was very good especially the meat and the truffle sauce. Price ok ( starting from 8,5 euro without fries ).
