Dorint Kongresshotel Duesseldorf-Neuss

We are so grateful for the Management and Staff at the Dorint Kongresshotel Duesseldorf-Neuss. They worked to not only support us with arrangements for our guests during our wedding—but also provided local tips to our guests traveling to the area (and to Germany) for the first time. The staff was extremely friendly, and helped make this weekend truly special for us.

The hotel was extremely clean; rooms were spacious; and is conveniently located for those requiring parking or arriving by public transportation. It is located 5 minutes from downtown, and has many different restaurants located nearby.

We definitely recommend you to stay here if visiting the area.

Very clean rooms. And large for what you pay for.

Checkin was from 15:00 to 00:00 and checkout till 12:00. When checking in they needed a few more minutes (10) but it was conveyed very politely.

As it is a congress hotel the staff is capable of speaking english very well. And the rooms have a tablet to order private breakfast and general info.

If i had to nitpick it would be that the breakfast area (open from 7:30-10:30) isnt the largest so you might have to wait for a seat if its crowded. But staff will ask you politely to sit and wait and call upon you whe ln available.

Super clean hotel, one of the nicest breakfast I've had and the rooms are bigger then usual hotels and the bathroom in the room are bigger then average.

Lovely clean, stylish and spacious hotel. The staff were very polite staff and there was a good choice of food at breakfast. Not too far a walk from a number of shops and restaurants (about ten minutes). The only comment I would make is that there were no tea bags or milk packets in the room so I had to go down to the restaurant or bar to get a tea (charged to my room).

Perfect hotel for visiting Düsseldorf. Tram and bus in front of the door, parking options outside and inside. Friendly staff, great breakfast and super clean and big rooms.

Had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. spotlessly clean. The rooms are basic but functional. We had a comfortable stay and would reccomend this hotel. Our only criticism would be the menu in the restaurant it's small and offers a limited selection.

Great long weekend break. Handy for the airport and local transport.

Comfortable nicely decorated hotel with all the amenities. Service is great and the personnel are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone. I would highly recommend.

Service minded staff, comfortable rooms, good location - center of Neuss or 15 minutes by tram directly to old city of Düsseldorf. Enjoyed my stay will go back when I am in the area.

Nice hotel in nice quiet area. Green park right behind close to downtown. Nice breakfast. Gym just small with 3 machines but dood enough. I haven't try sauna. When you signe of from room cleaning. You'll get a free drink in the hotel bar ;)

It's like at tge end of Neuss, which is kinda big village with sufficient resources and shops... Nature landscapes are wonderful. 2 big gardens nearby with an amazing running track. And a wonderful old building museum.
Inside the rooms there is no big ceiling lamp to annoy sleepers, but efficient lights distributed: 2 reading lights in the beds, one desk light that can be manipulated upside to light up the room, as well as more than good light at the entrance and in the bathroom.

The sauna room is great, and cost effective (2 euros only).

There is a small fitness room also with a treadmill and few stuff.

And if u want a bigger city than Neuss, Dusseldorf is 2.6 euros away using tram 709 and reaching in around 10 minutes, u just gotta cross the parking area of the hotel.

The breakfast in the hotel is diverse enough for fat-likers and fitness enthusiasts. And it's really delicious.

Situation is very good, near tram and bus station.
People really sweet and speak very well english.

This hotel is very accommodating to guests. Rooms are minimalistic and simple. Good location, between Neuss by foot and downtown Düsseldorf by streetcar.

Great hotel overall. Breakfast superb. Rooms are big. Parking is expensive but it's possible to park cheap in the vicinity.

Good hotel to stay in for Gamescom, Not too far if you take the train and probably also by car. Clean rooms and good service.

A lovely clean hotel with great conference facilities and a nice park just outside the dining area.
