They do care about customers and try to resolve possible conflicts.
I was not satisfied with some of their sales approach, but later they got my feedback and conveyed their prospective on conflicting approach.

I have bought a car here recently.

Mr. Andreas Szabo was very kind and answered politely to lots of my questions on the car information and what fuel type of car is better for me considering of the current/future regulation in Europe.

Even after purchasing, he gave some advices on the phone and by email about the importation and registration for Luxembourg where I am living.
