I bought a new bike at Kreutzl. The owner helped me out a great deal in advising me which bike I should take for what I wanted to use it for. The owner is very friendly and knows how to ask the right questions to be able to get you exactly the thing you want.

I'm very happy with the bike and very happy with the service and will happily come back to Kreutzl for buying another bike.

My friend and I were looking for bicycles. From my another friend, we knew that there is a bicycle shop around the Nordschule. So we decided to take a look.

After arriving and asking the shop owner for help, he patiently introduced the bikes which might suit our need. The owner explained in detail why he recommended the bicycle and answered many questions I asked.

And it was really nice that he was willing to let us had a test ride: riding the bicycle outside around the streets.
The test ride is extremely great and important because we can know whether the bikes we picked suited our need! Not just attracted by the looks of the bicycle.

In the end, both of us bought two bicycles and the owner happily made a discount for us.

Plus, the shop owner speaks English fluently, which is really convenient for the foreign customers such as us to have a chat with or have discussion of the bicycles, even the price!

I bought a mountainbike from Kreutzl while working in Jena. I was very particular about what I wanted, so I visited almost every bike shop in Jena. Kreutzl was the most compassionate and enthusiastic about finding what I wanted, they're a classic bike shop who are interested in the bikes as much as just making business. They were also patient with my dodgy German.
Six months after moving back from Jena, my bike had a problem, which was covered by warranty, but required submission through a certified dealer for the brand. Kreutzl let me send the part to them, where they dealt with it and sent it back. So I couldn't be more pleased with their customer service.

this is a one stop shop for all your needs. if they don't have what you are looking for they will offer alternatives. The owner is a friendly chap for whom the customer is king. The bike mechanic is a bit of a sleepy chap but he knows his craft. I don't go anywhere else

The owner is really friendly and will give you good suggestions. He will explain in detail all the pros and cons and then you can decide by yourself.

He is so friendly and expert. I really recommend it.

Ich habe kurz vorher angerufen und mein Problem geschildert. Konnte direkt im Laden vorbeikommen. Dort wurden meine Laufräder sofort angenommen und geprüft. Eines wurde zentriert das andere musste leider ersetzt werden.
Meine Kassette wurde sofort auf das neue Laufrad angebaut.

War alles in allem eine sehr nette und sehr kompetente Beratung. Jeder Schritt wurde erklärt und preislich war es auch vollkommen in Ordnung. Gerne wieder.

Nachdem ich gestern freundlich am Telefon empfangen wurde, durfte ich spontan mit meiner kaputten Radlampe vorbei kommen.
Schon beim Drüberschauen konnte das Problem behoben werden und ich konnte eine Minute später mit meiner funktionierenden Lampe wieder losfahren.
Bezahlen musste ich nichts.
Bisher meine freundlichste, kompetenteste und fairste Erfahrung mit einem Fahrradladen in Jena.

Fachlich kompetente Beratung , hier wird sich für den Kunden Zeit genommen . Auf persönliche Wünsche wird eingegangen und man fühlt sich nicht wie in manch anderem Fahrradgeschäft in Jena überrannt und bevormundet .
