Lufthansa Shop Halle B: very nice service. The lady was very attentive and helpful. She did save our day, after we had to purchase an emergency suitcase. Thank you so much!

Best place for shopping, a specially if you have collected miles and spend them.:) but more plenty of products are available in online shop. So better to be order in advance and collect in shop.

Great shop, especially when used in conjunction with the Miles & More card. The staff is very friendly and always ready to have your merchandise ordered to the store or to your home.

Very helpful employees and the goods have something unique and special.
You do also have the option to pre-order online and grab it at the shop or let it get brought to tue gate, which is a nice service that you should try.
