Definitely 5 Star for Mr Charles Tanamal, who is an Associates at the Frankfurt Terminal 1. , Section B Branch. I experienced an outstanding Service and Knowledge from this Gentleman before I took my Flight. Yes, there are different Associates like in every Store around the World, some work there just do have a Job, but this Guy knows what he is doing (and being nice&honest) and likes his job.
