Beautiful place in the centre of the city. Wonderful and lovely waiters and the owner is most amazing. Playing Croatian music. The food is excellent and definitely recommend to everyone visiting St. Martin. Dogs are welcome on the terrace 😍

Such a cool local hotspot. The atmosphere was bustling with locals coming and going. The background music was fantastic - no wonder the owner played in a band before he opened up this restaurant . The owner was so nice and went out of his way to accommodate our dietary restrictions. The food was delicious - all the vegetables were fresh - and the local wine was well structured. We felt very much at home! Thank you!

We really lived the place and the owner. They were full, but since it was Sunday and not so many restaurants were open, the owner offered complementary drinks while we were waiting for a table to be available. The three of us shared their huge and delicious appetizers mix and we opted for the mix grill plate! Highly recommend.

Very late posting this but my husband and I stayed for two nights a few months ago after we had travelled thru Croatia from New Zealand.
We had a great time.....lovely hosts, we ate in the restaurant both nights and had a delicious breakfast each morning. Lovely people and we will definitely be back when next in the area.

Das ist (für uns) ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen! Wir wollten ein Glas Wein, bevor wir selber kochen wollten- und dann war es so anheimelnd und angenehm ( und roch so gut!), das wir gleich geblieben sind. Ich weiß nicht, wie man die Küche heute nennt, in meiner Studentenzeit sagten wir, dass wir zum 'Jugoslawen' gehen. Balkanküche? Keine Ahnung, wichtig: es hat geschmeckt! Daneben Pfälzer Küche, Schnitzel und schöne Weine. Zwischendurch ein Ständchen vom Wirt persönlich (mit Gitarre) zum Geburtstag eines Gastes. Wir mögen den Laden!

War echt überragend, gemütliches Ambiente, Essen Topqualität, super nette Gastgeber!!!
Kann man nur weiter empfehlen!

Zum wiederholten Male im Krabbenescht gewesen und wieder komplett wohl gefühlt. Phantastisches, kroatisches und pfälzisches Essen, super regionale Weine und ein tolles Ambiente machen das Krabbenescht zu einem absoluten Muss bei einem Besuch in St. Martin. Tintenfisch mit Spinat-Kartoffeln und der Grillteller waren, wie immer, sehr lecker. Küche, Service, Gastgeber 5 Sterne+ Wir kommen gerne wieder, bis zum nächsten Mal.

Wieder einmal ein gelungener Abend: gutes Essen, nette Bedienung. Was will man mehr.
