I am an online student of BSc Business and IT for two years and I am also a recepient of a grand scholarship, which has made my dream to study at a great university in Germany possible. My experience has been phenomenal at IU! People have talked about the communications issues they have faced. In my experience, any academic or administrative help I ever needed has always been a call away. All my email queries are also usually answered in a couple of days. They are very particular about the German government regulations, which I respect. They maintain very high level of academic standards, and only those who can't keep up may complain. Inspite of that, the flexibility in any Student's academic journey that they offer is what I highly appreciate, especially for non traditional and unconventioanal learners all around the world. I have also been able to do many industry relevant projects as part of my courses in the program. The entire study content in my program and others else are to the point without any unnecessary lengthy theories, it is 'applied' in nature, hence standing true to its name. The faculties in all my courses are well renowned in the industry and are very humble in helping students out. It has been a very pleasant few months of my life.

The place is located at a prime location in Berlin.
The professors are quite well qualified and the teaching methods are more based on practical examples of actual real life world rather than just theories.

Would be really perfect for people who are more interested in Management Studies.

I’ve started my uni course in september 2022 and so far I didn’t have any issue with completing all the necessary assignments or exams. The scripts are well written and there are loads of other things that help with learning and preparing for the future and exams a like online check tests or presentations and live feed with the tutors. The most important thing about this uni is the flexibility of doing all your assignments as you can do it whenever it suits you and depending on how much time you have available throughout the week. I chose online studies to be able to do from every place in the world and this uni made it possible. I would highly recommend to anyone that wants to learn and still work or want to move somewhere new and don’t be limited to one specific location.

Online studies are never as easy as attending the course on a campus, however IU made my online studying experience very enjoyable and tailored to my needs. I get to follow the course on my own pace without any pressure. I like that exams always have similar format and you get to familiarise yourself with the online exam procedures by doing mock exams so that the experience becomes as smooth as possible. Course books are easy to follow and essay- type exam questions are always within the framework of what the course book covers.

I am currently at my third semester and I absolutely love it! This university gives me freedom as well as great education. The professors are extremely nice and helpful. The community is also very acceptable and I am proud to be an IU student!!

IU has been a blessing in disguise. Coming from an African university, and enrolling at IU, I was straight up impressed a the fact that I had access to a study coach who I could reach out when I felt overwhelmed with school work or just needed advise as far as managing school load is conned.

The MBA program I did was very flexible, allowing me time to still focus on my work and family. Being a mom, wife and career woman and still having to study van be challenging but IU gave me the flexibility that I needed. I can proudly state that I have successfully completed my MBA at IU. I would recommend them to anyone, excited about my next career move with this new qualification in the bag.

My Experience with IU University for my MBA

First and foremost, I must say that my time at the university has been truly enriching. The curriculum is comprehensive, and the professors were knowledgeable and experienced in their respective fields. I found the coursework to be challenging, yet rewarding, and the practical training opportunities provided by the university helped me develop important skills that will serve me well in my future career.

Moreover, the university's facilities were top-notch, and the support services, including the digital library, Study Apps, live events, course feeds and career center and many more, were extremely helpful in enhancing my overall university experience.

I recently joined IU - Berlin Campus. My first session over here was Speed Networking event. It was a really nice initiative from the university, where students like me given the chance to meet & talk virtually with the students of IU from different specializations, backgrounds. It was a great experience for me. I came to know the journey of other students so far; the challenges they are facing & how they are planning to handle those. We also shared our ideas on given topic. At the end, I also made few connections over LinkedIn. Overall, it was a great experience for me.

To sum it up if you:
1- Can't pay your full tuition on time.
2- Can't read and do a well background .
check about the german university
systems in general.
3- wants a refund from a university after enrolling in it as if it's some kind of an online shop.
4- can't study well and just want an easy way out .

this university is NOT for you, i know iu isn't perfect but it provides good opportunities for people who really put on the work and are in need of it given that other university fees is WAY much than iu and the flexibility of the university is honestly amazing! they are constantly developing and improving.

The negative reviews everywhere is just nonsense honestly, most of those people commenting bad things about this uni DON'T HAVE ANY SLIGHTEST IDEA ABOUT WHAT UNIVERSITY EDUCATION AND SYSTEM IS !! and don't get me started on those who keep on whining about the university fees, THE UNIVERSITY IS PRIVATE IT'S NOT LIKE YOUR PUBLIC GOVERNMENT FUNDED UNIVERSITIES, they offer you their services then you should pay them back on time as agreed upon or never enroll in the first place!!
and TBH this university provides a great opportunity you will never find anywhere, and i have been a person who looked up an to study EVERYWHERE but i couldn't find a place like iu to learn on the essentials of courses and just get my degree!!
