Chili’s

Service has definitely improved in the last few years. Wait time for seating was short, food came quick, delicious, and fresh. Waiter was polite, friendly, and very attentive to fulfill all of our needs. I applaud all staff❤!!
Me and my family will definitely be dining here again. ☺

When you’re in Germany and haven’t had Chili’s for a few years, Ramstein Air Base should be a go-to.

As of this post (25 June, 2022), the menu is limited and they’re closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays due to a short staff. They did, however, say they were expanding the menu out. For those who get the best sellers, the limited menu is still great with all the favorites.

The air conditioning vents above are for looks so, if you visit during the summer, expect some warmth!

The drinks were delicious and about as strong as one would normally expect from a chain restaurant. It was another plus to be in a place that doesn’t charge by-the-cup for soft drinks. It was a nice touch of home that way—not to mention the plastic straws (which is either a plus or a negative for you depending on your stance on paper straws).

The servers were all great and it was an enjoyable mix of American and German staff. They were prompt with drink refills and made sure the chips and salsa stayed fresh.

Almost no wait time for the food. That’s a universal positive for any restaurant—so well done, Chili’s.

Overall, it was great to visit something we’ve not had for a few years and we weren’t disappointed. Definitely recommend a visit if it’s been a while!

We come here almost every Sunday after church. Ok, place for us to eat here as a family since there aren't many restaurants in Germany that serve good steak. It might not be the best, but it's definitely better than off base. The service is pretty ok as well given the busy hrs. So we are overall content with what Chili's have to offer.

Marcello provided exceptional service to our family tonight at Chili’s. He was kind, fast, and refilled our drinks without us having to ask.

Well, what can I say....been here again...and this time had a waiter name Paula...what a pleasant, friendly, awesome, stunning person she is. You can tell she loves her job and to my opinion she needs to train all others include the newbies...she deserves to be recognized for an outstanding job! Thank you for your kind service! ❤

My family loves to eat here when we visit Ramstein. We love the boneless buffalo wings. My youngest loves the kids slider hamburgers. We normally don’t wait long fir a table also.

If your looking for that little taste of back home there here it is. The staff is great make a reservation if you have a big group as it gets busy during lunch and dinner times.

As for the food my go to appetizers are the triple dipper. Choose whichever 3 you want and get yourself a good drink and your set. I usually go for the cheddar bites with the Chipotle tenders. Don't forget to ask for there drink specials as they are the best.

As for the review I would give it a 7.8 out of 10 on that 🔥 scale. They accept both card and cash.

Our waitress was the friendliest that we have had in years! We did have a 20 minute wait to get a tracker. Just really great American food. So much better than anything in Stuttgart on base!!!

Chili's at Ramstein is open again for limited indoor dining at 25% of capacity as of 1 June 2021. You have to present a vaccination card and register online for contact tracing before you can be seated. I was able to eat at the bar. The same QR code you use to register is used to access the menu. This was the first time in a year that I've been able to go to the bar at Chili's. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and super accommodating. They were as happy to be open as I was to be there. It was a mutual celebration and felt like pre-covid. The chili was amazing and the half pound swiss and mushroom burger was juicy and delicious. I will definitely be going back soon.

Always enjoy ordering food to go online. It's fast and efficient. The customer service when I go to pick up the food is always considerate. You can even order the Margarita of the Month to go! Nice to have a little taste of American food when I miss it. The white spinach queso is the best.

Had a fun time with the family and the service members were fun. Made for a great experience.

The entire table agreed it was the best service we’d had in about 2-3 years. Not only was Ella extremely courtesy and patience, she knew her business and asked all the right questions at all the right times to make the best experience. Also made wonderful suggestions. The food was also very good. We really appreciate the experience being from out of town. Will definitely be back and specifically ask for Ella section. Thank you.

A great american and mexican restaurant. The ambience in the restaurant are so nice the waiters are so friendly.

Had an amazing lunch with my family. Buffalo wings, baby back ribs, shrimp salad bowl and some great margaritas! Will definitely go back!

Service was great, Justin did a great job taking care of Bar, big party of ten people and us. Favorite item was corn on the cob, like it better than I did the baby back ribs.

We had Ella and she gave us amazing service. Food came out quick and hot. The wait wasn’t terrible even on a busy day. Such a nice place to feel like you’re back in America for a meal.
