I always owned BMW and wanted to change to something else but BMW's amazing pre-sales and after sales support cannot be beaten and this was proved in India, South Africa and at their home Germany as well.
Patrice not only helped me in selecting a car, he went beyond expectations to assist me in the entire process of finance, registration etc. since I'm an expat and know a little about the entire process.
Did I say he spent almost 2 hours on the road to bring the confidence as I come from South Africa (and India) with left hand drive.

What a fantastic dealership! My k16 developed a problem whilst touring in Europe. Arrived at the dealership at 0830 - problem identified by 0900 (radiator) - ordered by 10am and fixed and running by 1600!
What a great service. Service manager Christian was brilliant and actually worked his dinner hour to help me. I was loaned (free of charge) a brand new R1200RT whilst my bike was being mended. Again, first class service from a first class dealership. I cannot sing the praises of Saarbrucken Motorrad enough.

I had the pleasure of working with Kay Bechtold in the BMW service/parts department. He is very knowledgeable about all the BMW navigation systems. The one recommended to me is the right one for my vehicle and it works great. I will highly recommend BMW Saarbrucken and Kay in particular to anyone in the area. They are awesome :)

Freundlich und correct. The R1100S of my brother in law was defect. They quickly diagnosed the damage and offered great help. The workshop chef and the salesperson of the motorrad department were helpful and tried to soften the unpleasant situation for us.
