I am overall very happy with the order. I bought Cannondale Topstone 1 gravel bike and price was a deal, shipping was very fast (1 day after the order!). Bike arrived well packed, protected, and disassembled (wheels, saddle, steering) - assembly took 10 minutes, really good experience and recommendation.

As the winter sports season is just going to start, I bought a nice Oakley snowboarding goggles here, and the price is identical to the one in the internet, very good pricing in my opinion. Especially, for selecting the goggles I got a great advice from the very nice sales person, they really know all the technical details. They have a very nice and helpful team here, eventhough I went 15 minutes before the closing time. For winter sports they have a great selection of other accessories, and ofcourse the bikes. I can recommend this store.

I am satisfied with the service and the delivery time. When I contacted the customer service they were helpful. Product came even earlier than expected, after a day and a half and it was as good as it was advertised.

I would give only 4 stars for delivery because the tracking number I initially got was not working. Also the delivery took 1 week from Germany to Hungary which is quite long for a courier service. However, the shipping fee was lower than reasonable. The big package box was cracked on one side but fortunately the bike was packed quite well inside the box so no scratches were developed on it. Overall I am satisfied with the shop, and will buy again from them.

Ordered bike (Cube Travel SL) direct because I could not get one in the UK for love nor money. I spoke with Bike-Boarder before ordering and they assured me they had the correct model in stock. Took a week to make the journey. Email updates all the way. They service was exemplary. Especially in these harsh times. They were really helpful and the bike is fantastic. Cannot recommend higher. Just glad I did this before Jan 1st :) Will certainly miss the European Union :(

Despite all the complaints on Google, I can't complain. Ordered a BMC at a much cheaper price than in Switzerland (Ironic since it is a Swiss brand), arrived quickly and safely through UPS. One of my crank arms was not functioning properly, customer service was great to sort this out. I would recommend this store...

Go to shop for ordering bike stuff. A lot of items are cheaper than on other websites. Fast delivery. No issues encountered. I used them 3-4 times in the last 2 months. Totally recommend.
