Sporthotel Achensee

Our stay at this hotel has been much better than we expected. The activities for children are diverse; my son really enjoyed the soccer camp. There's an outdoor playground with wonderful views, including a soccer field. There's also an indoor play area, more than sufficient. We booked an all-inclusive package, and the meals exceeded our expectations. For adults, dinner is a 5-course meal, and there's a sufficient buffet for the kids. Drinks and snacks are also included. The cleanliness throughout the hotel, both indoors and outdoors, is excellent. The staff is very friendly. We will definitely come back.

The hotel and its staff have been an example of top notch service. We came with an allergic child and they made us special food for each meal, fresh and by demand. No request of us was left unattended.

Newly renovated rooms (although they forgot to include the decades-old room balconies in the renovation budget), lobby and outdoor play areas. Kids club could also use a makeover, or at least an AC in the hot summer days (it is underground).

Great choice of food and activities for children.

Families with small children should be aware there is no outdoor pool, only a small private pond its water is not fitting for a dive or even a swim. Also there are many occasions where you have to go up and down different elevators to move around, which is due to the hotel’s age and how it was built at a time where accessibility was not a high priority. So parents with strollers keep that in mind.

We stayed for 3 nights with our 3 daughters ( 7,5,1 ) the staff was very friendly and helpful, we didn't expect for a high class food but we were surprised ! It is all inclusive but be aware that lunch in between 12:00-16:00 and snacks between 14:00-16:00 - you can't take something other than this hours ( for us it was ok )

Ideal place to go.with babies and toddlers actually it is made for them so you can relax while.they play have outdoor activities, enjoy nature, paint and play and are very well taken care of. The all.inclusive packages are without any doubt a great deal. Food and drinks are great quality for an all inclusive and the best is the people.working there. Service was just amazing they made us feel super comfortable.

Great hotel for a family ski holiday. We visited this hotel many times. You don't need your car when you stay here. Hotel is located at ski lift. Ski lockers in basement. Table is reserved for you the whole day: breakfast, lunch, afternoon-drinks (Seealm) and dinner. All-in formula is very extended and varied. You won't loose any weight. The indoor pool and spa is great and very luxurious. Huge kidsclub and entertainment available. Rooms are nearly all renovated and very well equipped.

Spacious and clean rooms. Excellent cuisine. Free parking. Spectacular panorama. Honest prices.

But most of all the kindness and friendliness of the staff.
I recommend it.

Ok. Ill start with writing that if there was 10 stars to give i would have give 11.
In the 1st day when the hotel receptionist noticed we are late, she called us to ask if we will make it for dinner so she can keep food for us in case we won't. 👍 (the food was great for the adults as for the young ones).
The room- wide, clean, great views, equipped with all what family with kids need (they also gives u changing products for babies). There is also special bathrooms for kids and changinv equipped area for babies around the hotel.
In the area there is the amazing achen lake and u can rent e-bikes in just 16€ with a basket for the kids to stroll around.
The restaurant food is great and the stsff is even better (colin, nadia and rayan- THANKS!).
There is indoor and outdoor pools that just inviting u to jump in.
Spa in a reasonable prices.
Kinderclub which is actually kids dream that become real (for the parents also- there is babycare service for 12 hours a day).
They are thinking on the little things such as stairs railings for the little ones, they have free icecream bar, 4 meals a day, carting route and much much more.

Bring the kids, ride horses , ski or swim. When you are tired , the kinderclub will keep your kids occupied while you do grown up stuff

Hotel wat alles heeft en meer...
We zijn hier met 6 gezinnen en het is geweldig voor de kinderen. De kinderen kunnen hier helemaal hun eigen gang gaan doordat er genoeg activiteiten voor hun te doen is. Wij als ouders kunnen heerlijk genieten met alles wat we zelf willen doen.... zoals leuke spelletjes spelen zonder de kinderen😉.
Wij hebben alles inclusief. Van ontbijt tot diner... alles is goed geregeld.
De personeel zijn zo attent dat ze vaak ook je kamer nummer onthouden en/of jou naam.
Ik raad het mensen echt aan om het te proberen. Het is uiteraard best prijzig met skipas kopen en dergelijke maar totaal waard!

Perfekte Lage am Skilift mit wunderschöner Alm, die unterirdisch mit einem Skikeller an das Hotel. Der Service ist sehr gut und man hat Vollpension. Für Kinder ist das Hotel perfekt es bietet eine extrem große Kinderbetreuung uns Skikurs. Kann jeder Familie empfehlen dahin zu fahren

Nur empfehlenswert. Super freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen. Ob Empfang, Restaurant oder Zimmerservice. Passt alles perfekt. Essen mega lecker. Auswahl am Buffett absolut in Ordnung. Der riesige Kinderclub mit Betreuung ist sicherlich, wenn überhaupt, schwer zu toppen. Dass das Haus so in Ordnung ist, zeigt auch die langjährige Zugehörigkeit vieler Mitarbeiter, und die Anzahl der Besuche der Gäste.
Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand.
O.K. bei "all inclusiv" könnte man den Eltern schon ein Bier in die
Leistungen mit einschliessen. (Ob das von "Kinderhotels" geregelt ist, weiß ich leider nicht ).
Wir werden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und auch wieder buchen.

Ein ganz fantastischer Ort für Familien! Das Personal ist sehr kinderfreundlich und rundum ist es sehr auf Kinder ausgelegt! Die Zimmer modern und sauber!

Zum Abendessen gibt es ein 3 Gängemenü mit Salatbuffet und Suppen.
