Ich wollte einen Termin für eine Brautfrisur vereinbaren. Leider habe ich beim ersten Telefonat einen völlig falschen Preis genannt bekommen und es wurde zudem noch vergessen, alle Termine auszumachen, wie sich im Nachhinein herausstellte. Als ich aufgrund des Preises nochmal anrief (der mir seltsam erschien), stellte sich heraus, dass die Kosten das 5-fache (nein, ich hatte das mit dem Stundenpreis nicht falsch verstanden, hatte im ersten Telefonat mehrfach nachgefragt), beträgt und auch noch ein Termin vergessen wurde zu vereinbaren (als Laie weiß man auch nicht, dass man insg. 3 Termine hierfür braucht). Als ich hierauf absagte, weil mir das zu chaotisch war, entgegnete die Mitarbeiterin nur "okay, tschüss" und legte auf. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung für das Chaos (als Braut braucht man das wirklich nicht noch zusätzlich). Ich würde jeder Braut von diesem Friseur abraten. Bin sehr enttäuscht :-(
