BIRKENSTOCK Frankfurt

Gotta get Birks in Germany right. Dropped luggage at Marriott and rushed right to the only Birkenstock store in Frankfurt. Got here right before the shop closed and got all the shopping fix I needed. Service was great!

The five star goes to Samim who tried his best for us even though we couldnt buy anything. I am not an easy person when it comes to shoe selection.

I don't understand why ppl were complaining about the service. We had the best experience there. The 2 of us were assisted by 2 people and both of them are super helpful and patient. We tried on more than 10 pairs (different sizes and colors). They were willing to help and spoke nicely. We ended up buying 3 pairs 👍🏻

The staff there were very friendly and helpfull with a smile too ...even though It was Saturday and at the peak i guess around 4 pm or so .. The sales man helped and provided whatever i asked for , differant sizes and colors. Which led me to buy more than what i came for .

They were very gracious as we arrived 15 minutes before closing but we were able to 3 pairs of Birks on the one night we were in the city!
