The Valtice Palace

It's very beautiful. In the Winter just the Vine Cellar is open, you can do wine tasting and buy good wine.

It is a very nice palace, it has a lovely garden. In case you want to visit museums do not visit during public holidays as museums are closed.

Beautiful Valtice castle and park in Moravia region. For me it was only stepover but it's worth coming here for 2-3 days. Vineyards, typical small Czech towns, great trails for hiking or cycling.

Beautiful well-maintained, baroque, renasissance castle originally from the 13th century.

Beautiful palace in the center of town, the gardens are qui spacious and make for a good walk. The restaurant bar inside is very nice with very kind staff and good bathroom. There is also a wine shop inside with a nice selection of local wines for a pretty good price. Really enjoyed our visit!

I enjoyed this visit and tour far more than I expected. I had to read from a booklet as the tour I accompanied was in Czech. However, the information was still very interesting and the castle interior far grander than the exterior suggests. It's also well worth wandering the grounds and finding hidden looks like the wine cellar.

UNESCO site, located in center of Valtice. Currently not open on weekdays, but normally in summer months it's open for inside tours. However, the outside is picturesque. There is a cafe currently open where you can buy delicious chocolate and some wine, located in the castle courtyard. Friendly staff. Paid parking nearby.

Beautiful castle, there's a wine shop where you can find really good wines from around the country. There's also a tasting section in the cave of the castle so you can try their Valtice Castle wines, which are very good btw.

Currently under reconstruction from outside, so you cannot see the whole building, but repairs were really necessary. Excursions in the castle are hold in several languages. There is a great wine shop with lots of local wines and daily offers for degustation.

INCREDIBLY beautiful baroque architecture. Absolutely breathtaking, you need to see it in person.

Has the pleasure to visit the castle during the Valticke Vinobrani. Amazing scenery, beautiful views, accessible toilets.

Not only its a beautiful castle, also the wine cellar is an unique place to be. You can drink all the price winning wines for a fixed (all you can drink fee). This is really heavenly

A beautiful castle and a herb garden. Though it was hot, in the herb garden was nice to stay. Be prepared to wear slippers in the castle through the whole tour.

The palace is charming. It really does off how the mobility lived back in the day.

Amazing place for Sunday getaway!
Area around the palace is open throughout the whole year, and you can even get some freshly made chocolate pralines inside the area.
It's not crowded during non-season, so it's highly recommended. Lots of parking places around the castle, price for parking is 20czk for 1h.
