the best place to recharge your batteries. close enough to some light hiking paths, great area for cycling and seeing historical architecture. the owners are really friendly, and the whole house looks amazing. you will feel here event better than at home. recommend for everyone! cosy but spacious

Amazing place to come back with family. Home away from home, with great host. One of a kind, away from any tourist hub yet close to so many attractions we could not visit them all in a week. It was a very relaxing and one of a kind experience. And most importantly the farm has its own true pizza oven!

Nice accommodation near the Czech/Polish boarder. Renovated old buildings with various room options. Great host, very polite and knows everything around... we had a great time with his advices. Good place to runaway from the city and enjoy the nature and mountains around with family or friends.

Top quality place to stay, just a few kilometers from the border. The place has character, its an old, restored, traditional farmhouse. The owner goes out of his way to make the guests feel at home and offers good recommendations for things to see and places to go. We’ve been there twice now and its our favourite place to stay in this region.

Not our first and certainly not our last stay here! Love it every time 🙂. A great place to stay if you want to get away from today's ever running world and the noisy big cities. Furthermore the hosts are exceptional 😃 what else could you possibly ask for?

I spent there one week on my holidays. It was absolutely perfect: quiet and clean accommodation, very friendly hosts and stunning area of Martinkovice (local brewery in particular). Really great place to visit.

The place itself is soothing, picturesque & charming enough, but it’s the hosts that make you feel super welcome and at home. Whether it’s downtime or a quiet place to get some work done you’re looking for, I wholeheartedly recommend you give Martínkovice 201 a shot 😊

Most welcoming place. If you want to run away from city hassle, but still have a warm bath and comfy bed, this is your destination.

Great hospitality and surroundings. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Enjoyed every minute.

Perfect host. Love the interiors of these old buildings. Also surrounding neighborhood is nice and calm.

Excellent!

Velmi krásné a čisté ubytování za příznivou cenu. Ideální pro rodiny s malými dětmi, kdy v klubovně může probíhat večerní zábava, zatímco děti mohou nerušeně spát. Měli jsme zde s početnou partou přátel (rodin) pronajatý celý statek na víkend a velmi oceňuji prostorné a čisté pokoje se samostatnými koupelnami. Vařili jsme si ve dvou plně vybavených kuchyních (v přízemním apartmá a také v kuchyni v 1. podlaží). Pan správce s manželkou jsou moc milí a přátelští lidé. Působí velmi inteligentním dojmem. Příjemně jsme si popovídali. Skvělá lokalita, čistý vzduch. Doporučuji výlet do Broumovských stěn nebo navštívit nedalekou ZOO-farmu Wenet, kam jsme i s dětmi došli ze statku pěšky. Moc jsme si pobyt všichni užili a určitě se sem někdy příště rádi vrátíme.

Pięknie odrestaurowany stary folwark otoczony górami, z dala od głównych dróg. Świetne miejsce dla tych, którzy chcą odpocząć z dala od miejskiego zgiełku, by odkrywać uroki Gór Stołowych. Szlaki piesze i rowerowe są w zasięgu ręki. Wyjątkowo gościnni gospodarze dbają o to, by nikomu nic nie brakowało. Widać, że włożyli w to miejsce dużo serca. Do dyspozycji gości jest przytulna i dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, w której można zjeść posiłek z widokiem na łąki i gory.

Wspaniałe miejsce na odpoczynek od cywilizacji. Folwark zlokalizowany jest w spokojnej wsi Marcinkowice, z dala od zgiełku miasta. Z okien widać góry i pola, a jedyne co słychać to śpiew ptaków i beczenie muflonów :) Przesympatyczny Pan gospodarz dba o wszystkich gości, równiez tych psich. Zawsze doradzi co zobaczyć w okolicy i gdzie dobrze zjeść. Świetna baza wypadowa do Teplic, Ardspach i Broumovskich Stěn - wszędzie blisko. Sam folwark i pokoje czyściutkie i zadbane. Wspólna kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Naprawdę dokonałe miejsce na tygodniowy wypad w góry dla osób które nie wyobrażają sobie urlopu bez swoich psich towarzyszy. Będziemy na pewno polecać! Dziękujemy!
