The place has great old times vibe. The village is not so big to explore. But when you will get enough of old school entertainment you should go to garden. It’s huge and I liked it a lot.

I liked archery, make your coins, soap, paper and candles.
Definitely recommend to family’s with children

It's amazing village where you can try the traditional professions. Behind the village there's a British style garden like Mr McGregor's garten from the Peter Rabit tale. Just simple worth a visit.

The place is fully kids friendly but definitely not for your stroller or pram!

Absolutely stunning gardens- huge area of medicinal plants, fruit plants, flowers and trees. It includes a maze and many benches and statues and sculptures can be spotted throughout the different sections. They also have sheep, goats, ducks, pigeons a pig.
The village part is where kids can learn about different crags and make their own soap, candles, paper and more. There is also a "tavern" where you can get something to eat and drink.

Amazing craft village. An entire day can be spent. Something like portkeyed to HP world. Entire old world charm with several craft making experience. Primarily for family with kids but if you love crafts it can be enjoyed as an adult too!
The canteen was amazing even with decor. They have an impressive herb garden. Also the shop is very nice and reasonable

It’s a great place to take children, all types of workshops that explore old traditional ways of making things! You could spend half of the day creating a big candle, lol.

Very nice place for families.

This is a perfect place not only for families with kids. Kids will love it, they can try and make candles, homemade paper, decorate ginger breads and many more. And a big part is the garden, it's amazing, so many flowers and herbs. It smells so good. I definitely recommend this place!

I'm impressed. Beautiful and big area. Activities are quick and easy though, showing only a brief part of the process. But plenty of workshops to try. We enjoyed the visit a lot with children.

Go around an old town where you can experience stuff like candle making, searching for gold, there is a great bow and arrow tournament and a czech play if you speak the language. Don't miss the traditional pancakes. Great for little kids.an easy half day

Amazing place!!! We spent there the whole day with my 14, 11 and 6 years old children. Enjoyed a lot!

This is amazing park and recreation place. Your children can have accesses to get knowledge for life. And you can buy skin care products which are made of naturals ( Without chemical ). It has healthy products , healthy food and healthy thoughts. I fully recommend it.

Great experience especially for kids.

Botanicus was a fantastic day out, the garden is wonderful, especially the sculptures and vegetable patches. We also enjoyed the activities that they had on offer, making soap, candles, archery. Prices are very friendly. The only advice is to buy gifts with the coins they exchange for you, and buy them in the park. They're more expensive outside. We're both in our 20's with no children.

Our son loved this place, plenty of interesting thing to do for children starting with paper making ending with candle making. Recommend

Perfect destination for the whole family looking for a one day trip not far from prague. In this super authentic historical village you can try different historic crafts in a workshop-like manner ranging from simple activities like candle making through wood carving or soap making all the way to a more difficult ones like blacksmith. There’s also a mediaval style dining hall with great food made right in front of you on an open fire. Cherry on top is a really fair price for everything. If crafts aren’t your thing or you’ve already finished there are huge gardens you can explore filled with mind blowing varieties of herbs, vegetables flowers and also animals. Overall a great and authentic experience for kids and people of all ages in a vibrant and lovely atmosphere. Staff is very friendly, eager to help you and mostly English speaking.
