Good e-shop. You can pay in advance and choose to pick up from one of the 3 shops in Brno. You can also pay on place. Staff was speaking english, online support too. Our order was ready for pick up the next day.

We have been a little nervous picking up a big screen TV (own car, pandemic, lots of people etc.) but the system and the staff is making whole experience truly convenient. Great job Alza 5*

Common place to buy whatever you need. Decent prices, next day delivery, good service: they're changing things and return money even if you just have bought something you don't really need (like wrong size or wrong interface). Go for "unpacked" and "good as new", but "slightly used" could be really trashed and old as mammoth. Though they'll return money.

Quite a large store, staff were very helpful. But you need to remember to take a ticket when you first enter the store.

Great shop. Since it is in the centre it can get quite crowded but the waiting times are alright, and the fact that you can start the request process in their phone app makes it 100 times better. You can just start the request 3 stops away and when you come it's usually ready waiting for you. 10/10 would recommend

Great service! I had to return some computer components as they did not fit my PC , and everything went smooth and easy, it took just about 10 minutes to return the items and get my money back.

They have English support despite living in the czech republic and that pleased me greatly.

The shop is very well organised, the automats are plenty, thee staff is brisk and polite. Satisfactory experience overall.

Shop with electronics and other things. They are sometimes a little overwhelmed but still manage to get everything in under 10 minutes so it's still good.

It's a really small store like a place to take the products that you buy on website. For who goes by tram, stop on November say and walk around 8 minutes.
