A must-visit if you're in the area. Great beer, and fantastic food. I'm not much of a chips/fries person, but these were exceptional. (I ordered the 100g Hot Machete burger and it was delightfully spicy, and filling)
5/5 - will definitely visit if I find myself in Melnik again

Great place to have a beer and enjoy a burger. Lots of variations with the drinks and with the burgers (menu is limited to burgers and a couple extras, this means there is a lot of time and energy in the great burger you eat!). The staff is friendly, polite and social. They’re honest and adding or removing things from the food is no problem. All in all good experience, thank you!

Very good experience! This is a great place to eat in Melnik, so I always recommend this restaurant to my friends. Burgers are tasty, made from fresh meat, however coming without side dish, that you have to order extra. In the last two occasions waiting time for burger was more than 45 minutes (we were politely told by waiter), but amazing fries with herbs and garlic dip and local beer made our waiting bearable. Staff is friendly, warm and welcoming our four leg friends. Never had an issue to pay with card.

I've been coming here a few times a year since it opened - it's the best burger in the country I've had, and certainly the best in my country (Poland). The beer they make themselves is something my wife craves during the months between we are back in Mělník.

I really recommend everything (I've had the menu a few times over), my wife is a dedicated loyalist of the goat cheese burger (kozi syr) and the fries with their garlic sauce are excellent.

On busy days service can take a while - they always tell you as you sit. English menus are available though the staff doesn't generally use English, and they are often pretty busy so may be in a rush. I've always been satisfied with the service, but for those who are maybe not use to Czech/Polish/this part of Europe, it may seem a bit cold.

From the outside, I was hesitated to go inside. It looked suspicious to me and I didn't know it's the burger restaurant. I thought it was a beer bar or something. So I went inside with my curiosity , and it was a worth. The burger meal was so good and delicious! Plus you can play their own game in your smartphone!

Best Dark czech Lager i have ever tasted, good barkeeper and friendly waitress. Food and beer is a little bit more expensive than usual but absolutely worth. Also good variety for vegetarians to eat. Best pub in Melnik. Waiting time between 30 minutes and 1h 30mins. Mondays quiet empty every other days really full. Also really warm inside. Only one standing table where you are allowed to smoke a cigarret.

Great bar nice and friendly staff.
They have humor and that is rare.
Unfortunately Jack daniel's burger does not really taste like jack daniel's.

Now this is a find. Some of the best food (only burgers but AMAZING burgers) we've had in the Czech republic. Great selection of beers from this micro brewery. Highly recommend. One of our highlights in the whole country

Amazing home-made beer, tasty burgers. We saw locals coming there to get beer-to-go, even though it is more expensive than in the shop. This place might not be the one to investigate Czech cousine, but definitely must-go if you happen to be in Melnik.

Good meat and beer. We took some beers for the trip. Excelent excelent service. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed. The bread could be better.

Honesty it s very best experience in Mělník we have for the last four years we were visiting this wonderful town. Really recommend Vídeň in the beer list and some burger with thyme fries, Vegan menu is also very good, we had grilled goat cheese salad. You will really enjoy.

We came to Mělník today because we rememberd how good this restaurant was last year and we were not disappointed. Excellent beers, the absolute best burgers ever, and friendly welcoming staff.

The vegan burger is amazing! I highly recommend it. 2 things would make it even better: gluten-free bun option and sweet potato fries.
