I left my car under the hill, on parking by the cemetery. Entrance on the ruins was free. Great views. There's a little restaurant in the only building, but I haven't eaten there.
The toilet costs 20 čk. Clean.

Amazing views all around and not too far from carpark. Be aware there is no chance to pay by card.

Ruins of a medieval castle from 13th century on a hill over the town of Starý Jičín. There is a car park near a greaveyard about a halfway up the hill which is free. The walk up to the castle is steep but manageable and takes around 15 mins. Entrance to the castle is free you only pay for the visit to the tower (30 CZK). From the tower there's an amazing view of the surrounding countryside. There is a small pub in the castle but we have not tried it

Great views from the hill top. A massive castle ruins and a tower where you can have coffee.

Unlike your lives these ruins have a lot of potential. Worth to stop by and enjoy the walk up and then the views.The place is well kept and of course, one can get a beer there plus some warm food

A magnificent view of the surroundings and a nice little restaurant. Good for a small walk

It is definitely ruins. Not much left but it has great views from all sides. A short but enjoyable walk up a paved roadway.

A steep but short walk to the top with a magnifocant view as reward. The burg itself lets you immagine great stories of ancient times before us.

Interesting hidden ruin with small exhibition place.
Park car next to cemetary. Two paths heading to the ruin.
