Hotel Aplaus

They have so much to offer despite it being a relatively small town hotel. The restaurant serves wide variety of superbly prepared dishes. You won't be disapppointed

Nice rooms, comfy beds and great sleep. The food in the restaurant is also very good and the breakfast is quite complete.

We only visited the restaurant. But it was a really up market experience at reasonable prices. The staff were excellent. Attentive, but not intrusive. The surroundings were tasteful and peaceful. There was a good selection of very interesting food on the menu and an extensive wine list. By Western standards the food is very reasonable and was top quality in content and presentation. Wine prices went from very reasonable to very high, but the selection was great and the mid-priced Chablis was delicious. I'm sure the top of the range wines would be pretty amazing.

The only slight fly in the ointment was when we went to pay with a voucher a friend had given me for a birthday. Top marks for providing vouchers in a lovely little display box. But no marks at all for only being able to top up voucher payments with cash. What century are we in where you can't pay part cash (or voucher) and part card. It mystifies me!

Despite this - very highly recommended!

On a rainy day in Litomysl we were given a warm welcome at Hotel Aplaus. A modern themed hotel but with traditional values, the rooms were spotless and well appointed. The bar was cosy and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Dinner was superb - excellent Rabbit Pate and good traditional Czech dishes accompanied by wonderful Czech wine. Breakfast was also excellent. Litomysil was a colourful and interesting stop over in spite of the weather.

The hotel was very nice. The rooms are large and the bed wad comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast ist nothing special but totally enough.

Great hotel in great place. Excellent standard of rooms. Really nice boutiqe-style hotel with great food in restaurant. If you stay in Litomysl you must stay here.

The best choice when you go to Lytomsl. Very kind crew and confortable restaurant. In summer take the last beer or coffe at the terrace is great!
