Telč Chateau

Very beautiful place.
Wonderful garden and surrounding.
Only thing which we didn't like is different tickets to see museums in chateau.
They could have created combined ticket with some reasonable rates.
Overall Telč is beautiful.

Stunning experience! Reopen after long and expensive restoration and it's prime example of premium czech castle! Amazing interiors - each room felt like chest full of diamonds. Rich decorated and equipment interiors, unseen enywhere in world.
I reccomend route 1 & 2, dungeon is not so interesting. Really must see for everyone.

Absolutely stunning small town indescribably beautiful with a glorious cobbled town square surrounded by unique painted houses. This manor house is beautiful with numerous architectural features. Don’t miss an opportunity to visit this location

An excellent view to the town, also the main square. Entrance fee is 30.- Kc as of now (August, 2017) and it is worth going up through the narrow steps and stairways. Very good panorama

Telc and Telc Chateau are both incredible. If you are deciding on Tabor, Trebon, and Telc, definitely go with Telc as #1 of the 3. The other 2 look similar to Telc but do not quite have the charm and beauty of Telc. Facades on Telc are beautiful and the streets are extremely charming. The river surrounding the center is just awesome!!

It doesn't matter if you know Czech Republic's history or not. Chateau & its history is definitely interesting & preserved nicely. You can take some wonderful pictures here & there's a lot from old times to observe & understand.

A really wonderful castle. Just note that while you can wander the courtyard and garden at any time (during opening hours) you can only go inside the castle on a guided tour. And if you want to see everything that is available, you will need to join SEVERAL guided tours. That means you will have to check the schedule and figure some things out. Also: tours in English are limited, and cost 50% extra.

Nice discount for people with an International Student Identity Card, so bring yours if you've got it.

Very beautiful. The castle inside is well taken care of. Top destination in cz, the city is super nice and not overpriced. The visit to the tower is also worthy.

Worth to visit when on the Telc's main square, nice parks around too. In summer there are concerts there on the inner yard.
