All Lokál are on the good standard. This one is the more cosy, authentic, Czech, mostly because of the location. Food good, beer excellent, friendly and efficient service

Great local restaurant, friendly staff. We came here at the fish day, especially recommended fish soup, tripe soup, and all kinds of grilled fish!

Friendly service, very nice atmosphere with the misty water things it was really nice and the food was quick and tasted great. Good selection, they do Kofla not coke and sorry no ice cream. It's your typical sit and eat a meal pla e not so much dessert kinda options after from what I could see. Again very nice place and parking was ok just ten steps away across the street.

Awesome Local Place

I don't think anyone would specifically go to a relatively remote part of Prague only to visit this place, but if you happen to be in Praha 4/11, you should definitely try this one. Menu is not massive, offering only a few treats, and let's face it, at prices that might surprise you, but once you taste any of those, you'll know they cost every bit of the price. Great beer is another thing this place can be proud of, but the best they have is the staff. I wanna say another big thank you to the guy who waited on our table, Tomas. He was very professional and nice. As he heard our struggle with Czech, he switched over to English, and not for a second did he stop being nice, polite and attentive.

We found a cool pop up fish grill at a local pub in Kunratice this afternoon. It was a wonderful contrast of old time Czech pub and high end modern cuisine.
We had fire grilled trout, but they also had carp, salmon, and fresh out of the wood fired smoker, smoked trout as well, .
Great taste. They pulled the living fish out of a large tub, killed and cleaned it just before handing it to the chef for spices, oil and, then grilled immediately on a low wood fired grill.
Served with salad of paper thin slices of cauliflower in a white wine vinegar and mayonnaise dressing, and a spoon of fresh mashed potatoes, it was finely prepared in an uncharacteristicly modern and professional way compared to the majority of out of Prague, pub food.
The attention to detail showed in the chefs as well. Dressed in kitchen whites, they even moved with an easy speed and precision, while having the skill to still find time to smile and engage the customers.
The taste was superb, a wonderful contemporary cooking style of very fresh high quality ingredients, cooked simply and carefully, with little fuss or fanciness.
I will definitely keep my eye out for more of their weekend popups.

Comfy Czech beer tavern with outside seating on long benches at long wooden tables. Great tasting Pilsner Urquel / Plzen 12 draft from a huge tank instead of a keg. Had one of the best ever tripe soup / drstkova which was properly spiced, had many tender-cooked chunks of beef tripe; Mexicans, eat your heart out with your stinky tasteless rubbery menudo! All in all, a wonderful after-hike experience.

Perfect and very friendly service, one of the best biers in Prague (which applies for all Ambiente restaurants). Czech local cuisine in high level standard. Since 5.12.2015 it has become smoke-free restaurant.

Amazingly quaint, delicious restaurant with beautiful covered terrace to eat & drink and friendly more than helpful staff. The take away service had a high standard. Will definitely go to enjoy again \^^

Very local check restaurant. Good service and best part is that full summer (almost) there is an outdoor barbecue. Not to miss if you want to escape from the tourist crowed in the very city.
