Kozel

It is a very beautiful place close to Pilsen. You can to go visit rooms of the chateau or just enjoy the park around that provides a great opportunity for a walk. A part of it is also a little pond where you can rent a wherry for ~4€ and explore its fauna. If you are looking for a family trip this place is also perfect as it offers a family area where you can relax with your kids or play mini golf.

Beautiful place to spend few hours.
Large territory with beautiful sights provide ability to see how rich people lived few centuries ago and feel yourself little part of this history by walking around and making picnic.
Most part of time it is free of charge, parking wage is 50Kc

Amazing Castle near Pilsen, very romantic

Amazing castle park. Really quiet and remote, surrounded by nature, many possibilities to take a walk surrounded by the green. The castle itself is not big, it was closed today outside of season, but it also looks very charming.

We were the only people on the Czech language tour but the tour guide was super kind and just did the tour in English. A very interesting history, well preserved and a super knowledgeable tour guide.

Been only to the garden part of it, nice place with some very old trees; parking is nearby and cheap.

Always a pleasure to visit. Shateau is nice, inside and outside. Perfect place for walk and have a bit of fun.
